What is print-on-demand?
Every item is made specifically when you order it — no stock, no waste. Your product is printed fresh and shipped directly to you from our European production partners.
What materials are the products made of?
T-Shirts: 100% ring-spun cotton. Soft, breathable, and durable.
Hoodies: 80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece. Heavyweight, warm, and long-lasting.
Mugs: 11oz ceramic. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
How do I care for my product?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat if needed. For mugs: dishwasher safe, top rack recommended.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on each product page. Our t-shirts and hoodies run true to size. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Where are products shipped from?
All products are printed and shipped from European facilities (Spain or Latvia via Printify). No customs fees for EU orders.
How long does delivery take?
- Portugal & Spain: 3–5 business days
- Rest of EU: 5–8 business days
- UK: 7–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
How long until my order is processed?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, then shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Non-EU orders may be subject to local customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return or exchange my order?
As products are made to order, we don't accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
