Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we fully cover:

• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item received
• Printing quality issues

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@padelculture.eu within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We'll send a replacement or full refund within 3 business days.

Size Exchanges

Not the right size? We'll cover a one-time exchange if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
